Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message live at the Island Nursing Home of Farmingville, NY. It is based on Colossians 3:17 (KJV) – And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by Him.
This Scripture helps us to realize that there is an attitude of gratitude to God for His intended purpose that should be developed. The memories of our life experiences can either help or hinder that process. Our thoughts can take us on a pilgrimage to either good or bad places of our past. We can let our mind take us to some dark places where past hurts can keep us locked away from true healing. It’s high time that we take our thoughts on a pilgrimage to God, Who can be our peacemaker, the supplier of our needs, and our healer!
