Joseph Coats. God allowed the young Anthony to witness and facilitate the ministry of his father, Rev. James A. Jackson, who accepted the pastoral call about three years later. The opportunity of following his father’s teaching, preaching and pastoral ministries into hospitals, nursing homes, prisons, migrant camps, homes, on the street, and at a mission assembly in Florida was a destined ministerial training ground.

  • During June of 1985, he began to work faithfully as a deacon under the leadership of Pastor Milton E. Rochford at the All Saints Temple, Church of God in Christ of Hempstead, New York.
  • Was licensed as a minister on August 13, 1989 by Bishop Frank O. White of the Church of God
in Christ, Third Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Eastern New York, and Pastor Milton E. Rochford.
  • Later that year, Minister Jackson was led by God to work with the father of his new fiancée, Lisa L. Norris, at Charity Temple, Church of God in Christ. After two years of courtship, and a year of engagement, Lisa and Anthony were married on November 30, 1991.
  • Following four years of faithful ministerial assistance at Charity Temple, Pastor and founder, Rev. Dr. Robert L. Norris recommended to Bishop White that Minister Jackson be ordained.
  • On August 14, 1993, Minister Jackson was ordained as an Elder.
  • Pastor Jackson, his wife Lisa, and two children – Cianna and Anthony Andre II, were faithful members of the Fountain of Life Church in Uniondale, New York, from 1998 – 2004, where Apostle Norman H. Lyons II is the Pastor and founder.

Prophetic Vision of the Realm of Agape Christian Church:

On Friday, August 18, 2000 Pastor Jackson recorded a prayer experience he had in his Prayer Journal after he was led by God’s Spirit to meditate on Acts 5:12 “And by (through) the hands of the Apostles were many signs and wonders wrought (done) among the people; and they were all with one accord in Solomon’s porch:”

Many were healed at this gathering – the sick were brought into the streets on beds and couches so that perhaps even the shadow of Peter passing over them would cause a faith interaction of deliverance.  Even the surrounding cities heard about them and brought “sick folks” and those vexed (tormented) with unclean spirits.  Every one of them were healed in Jesus’ name!  The Lord pressed upon Pastor Jackson’s heart that deliverance is still needed today, for many are in need of peace – God’s peace.  So many are bound and vexed by evil spirits.  A true Christian cannot take on the mindset of the undelivered secular humanistic world, for the motivation of such a mindset that is not governed by the Creator’s heavenly purpose.

Evil has a need to stay alive, so it breeds and grows in people wherever possible, establishing new ground and building upon old foundations of ungodliness.  Is it eternally viable to forego God’s gracious offer and work of holy salvation to instead agree with and commit to that which is evil?  God’s grace encourages us to steer far away from evil thoughts and habits.  We must not even want to look like whatever is apart from God.  “Lord, may the words of our mouth, and the meditation of our heart be acceptable in Thy sight, oh Lord, our Strength and our Redeemer.”  We must not be entertained by any form of evil.  We must not connect ourselves to that which is considered evil according to God’s standards.  We are to instead seek God, seeking after things, which are above.  We must seek first the kingdom of heaven – the sphere, or realm of godliness, and its righteousness, and all the things we need will be provided by God’s grace.  We must commit to God’s purpose, which should be the heart and foundation of all we do and think!  His kingdom must and will be glorified in history and throughout all eternity – AMEN!

God told Pastor Jackson that He was molding his character everyday, so he can not seek after deterrents to his fellowship with Him; instead, he must seek God exclusively in every way conceivable, and inconceivable, on earth as it is in heaven – spiritually and naturally.  When our spirit is brought to life, and kept in tact by the Holy Spirit, there will be evidence in our everyday habits conducive of that godly character.  We are saved because of the Agape of Christ the Savior and Lord of All.  May the presence of God’s Agape be our’s forever.  We should want His heavenly atmosphere to be our reality. His kingdom is holy and righteous.  It is a realm of perfection, or a Realm of Agape – The Realm of Agape Christian Church!

  • Pastor Jackson’s vision to establish Realm of Agape Church, Inc. was prayerfully supported by Apostle Lyons, and incorporation was completed officially in March of 2003.
  • The pastoral calling of Anthony Andre Jackson that has been cultivated and made certain by his experience with great men and women of God in his life was officially celebrated on June 13, 2004 at his Pastoral Installation Service held at the Fountain of Life Church in Uniondale, New York.
  • Realm of Agape Christian Church, Inc. is yet an independent evangelical Christian church seeking to grow and develop as God wills.
