The Holy Spirit provides supernatural help for willing souls to live the Christian life.  We can and should receive the Holy Spirit in His fullness.  His ministry should not be slighted, denied, nor His fire extinguished.  In other words, He should not be quenched as the King James Version says in 1 Thessalonians 5:19.  He does not come to us to be quenched, but He does come that He might be allowed to quench our God given thirst for eternal purpose.
