The Sacrifice of True Worship

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 11/27/22 based on 1 John 1:5-10.
The sacrifice of true worship is God’s call to worship, which is a call to “repentance and the pursuit of a godly life-style.”  Answering His call gives us the purpose and evidence of true worship.  But, with these is the ongoing process of purity, of cleansing from sin.

How Thanksgiving Frees the Soul for Worship

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 11/20/22 based on Colossians 3:17.
There is a point in Kingdom work where obedience seems futile, nevertheless forging forward in the name of Jesus will lead to true thanksgiving for the soul.  We need to thankfully reflect on how the Holy Spirit has moved us to cultivate our souls in anticipation of an excellent harvest. God, the Holy Spirit wants us to move with Him, as He leads us on a spiritual journey or a pilgrimage that will enable us to continuously experience genuine thanksgiving that will keep our souls and minds guarded as the Lord’s disciple makers.

A Renewed Passion to Trust God

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 11/13/22 based on Joshua 1:1-9.  In this scripture, prosperous, denotes being pushed forward, or enabled to make progress.  God, the enabler, makes us prosperous by quickening what He already established.  He will revive our destined purpose as we commit to His divine, sovereign will.

Real Worship Produces Real Change – A Prophetic Reprise

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 11/6/22 based on Amos 8:11-14, as a Prophetic Reprise for this new Series of our Church.

False ideas about God will only result in producing faithlessness, which drives souls to the dark false saf

Six Main Traits for People of Divine Purpose

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 10/9/22 based on Psalm 139:14.  There are six main character traits God knows about us that we need to know about ourselves, so that we may be who we are supposed to be on His team, in His family — the Church.  Knowing these things will help you to get on with the business of effectively advancing His kingdom.

If We’re Going to Survive We Must Strategize

Assistant Pastor Lisa Norris-Jackson shared this message on 10/2/22. It is based on Ephesians 6:10-18, an excerpt from Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus, which helps us to know why aimless prayers and heartless obligation to Christian duty are not very effective in our fight of good faith.

How to Eat and Live Forever

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 9/25/22 based on John 3:36 and John 6:51.  What a person eats, or consumes, eventually will be processed to be used by their body, and even become a part of them.  We can consume physically, mentally, and spiritually.  Biology teaches us about our bodies, psychology teaches us about our minds, and religious studies te

Stand Up and Fight in Jesus’ Name

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 9/18/22 based on James 4:7.  If you faithfully maintain a force of resistance against the forces of darkness in Jesus’ name, in effect, you will be maintaining the status of a good fight of holy faith.

Stay in the Lord’s Shelter of Holy Discipline

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message as a Zoom Meeting on 9/11/22 based on Psalm 97:10 and Revelation 3:1-6.  Devotional solitude, silence, and prayer moves the physical body and soul away from the clamor and glamour of our culture.  Such spiritual discipline is God’s way of ministering to our mind and spirit.  Today’s mindfulness is self-centered and void of Heaven’s holy counsel.  It is not based on the living truth of God’s Holy Word.

Why God’s Glory Has Left the Temple

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message on 9/4/22 based on Ezekiel 43:5-12.  In this scripture, the glory of God and His altar are no longer present in the temple, and both need to be restored if the temple is to be the House of God.  It is of no surprise that the eternal effects of Living Truth as found in God’s altar are becoming scarce in today’s church.
