 1 Corinthians 11:23-30.  A daily examination of ourselves is necessary to help us maintain dependence on the perfect provision of life that comes exclusively from Jesus as Lord.  Without this process of life-long cultivation, by God’s Spirit, we will not enjoy true communion, and others around us will not readily “taste and see that the Lord is good.”

Jackson shared this message live at The Realm on 3/3/24, based on James 1:12 and Matt 4:1-11.  The Lord is encouraging us to go into our new day as renewed, strengthened soldiers of Christ.  The Spirit seeks to birth us into newness that will bless us with vitality and power.  His omnipotence will prevail against satan’s agenda, enabling God’s people to prevail.

Along the journey of holy faith there will be things to be alert about. For such things will impede our progress, and even cause us to forfeit our faith if allowed to take root and mature.  The Holy Spirit is asking, “Are you faithful, but reserve the right to be subtly rebellious?” 

Sr. Pastor A. A. Jackson shared this message live at The Realm on 2/18/24, based on Philippians 2:3.  The highest level of fellowship, submission, the foundation of God’s grace, connects true disciples, while sufficiently satisfying all personal needs that we dare expose to our gracious Lord, Christ Jesus.  He himself had to submit to the sovereign will of God.  His faithful obedience to God serves as a model of our need to decommission our innate sinful nature, and allow the Holy Spirit to transform and renew us as we submit exclusively and completely to God.
